Cargo and Transportation Accident Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Cargo and Transportation Accident Coordinator to join our team in Querétaro. This role will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with the Safety department.

Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement risk management strategies, defining the level of risk and promoting an organizational culture aware of risk.
• Manage and optimize insurance programs, including review, analysis, placement, renewal, adequate coverage, use of captives, and technical support in complex accidents.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and normative, providing practical advice and commercial solutions to risk-based challenges, and informing senior management about relevant changes.
• Lead, develop, and motivate internal Risk, Compliance, and Legal Advisory teams, ensuring their effectiveness and coordination.
• Prepare internal and external reports, participate in internal audits, and coordinate with external auditors, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Manage and deliver successfully group compliance projects, collaborating with key stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure effective implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields (desirable).
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing transportation accidents or heavy machinery.
• Proven experience providing on-site support during accidents or highway incidents.
• Solid knowledge of insurance processes, accident management, and protocols.
• Advanced English skills (able to negotiate with international insurers).
• Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and effective communication skills.
• Proactive profile, with a practical focus and ability to work under pressure.
