Civil Protection Manager

Vacante: Civil Protection Manager Location: Torreón, Coahuila Job Objective: Ensure compliance with civil protection and industrial security regulations, efficiently managing permits, licenses, and applications before government agencies at the three levels of government, for construction, infrastructure, and natural gas projects. Main Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate applications before municipal, state, and federal authorities. Obtain permits, licenses, and approvals in a timely manner. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations. Monitor and control project progress. Ensure safety and security protocols are implemented. Provide technical assistance and support to project teams. Develop and implement procedures for emergency response and crisis management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Protection, Industrial Security, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil protection and industrial security. Strong knowledge of regulations and standards in the industry. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
