Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team! As a Project Manager at Pluxee, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results. Your main responsibilities will include: • Coordinating project plans, timelines, and budgets with the project team and stakeholders; • Developing and implementing project management processes and procedures; • Monitoring and controlling project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and taking corrective actions as needed; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution; • Providing regular project updates to stakeholders and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Employee Benefits and Engagement industry; • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project); • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines; • Fluency in English is required.
