Project Manager
Job description
Position: Project Manager
Mandatory Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- Minimum experience of 2 (two) years in project management
- Preferential experience in the oil, petrochemical, steel, or pulp and paper industry
- Knowledge in schedule elaboration and control (Primavera)
- Knowledge in cost management and physical-financial planning
- Familiarity with SAP systems (ePPM)
- Analytical skills, organization, and decision-making ability
Responsibilities:
- Manage investment projects from the conceptual phase to final delivery
- Develop physical-financial project plans
- Monitor basic and detailed design phases
- Oversee procurement and bidding processes
- Track construction, assembly, commissioning, and project handover
- Take corrective actions whenever necessary
- Comply with the provisions of procedures PE-2REF-00240 and PE-2REF-00068
- Define project scope, requirements, and constraints
- Elaborate and update schedules in Primavera software
- Develop detailed cost estimates and track their execution
- Prepare EVTE (Technical and Economic Feasibility Study), PSD (Decision Support Package), LV (Checklists), and periodic reports
- Create and maintain projects in the ePPM SAP® system
- Generate evidence for SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) controls

- Experience in Petrobras contracts
- Previous experience at REPAR
- Project management certifications (PMI, PRINCE2, or similar)
