Permits and Expropriations Manager (Energy Sector)

We are IPLAN GESTIÓN INTEGRAL, a company linked to engineering services developed fundamentally in the electricity sector, civil works, renewable energies, environment, and legalizations.

We are part of VULCAIN ENGINEERING, an international French group of engineering companies with a multisectoral focus, working in the various key areas of infrastructure and energy.

We are currently looking for a Permits and Expropriations Manager (Energy Sector) to join us in Jaén.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Management of individual permits for high-voltage power line projects.

• Review and refinement of the RBDA (List of properties and rights affected by the project, fieldwork, identification of land use, and other elements).

• Economic valuation of the use and proposal of prices.

• Research and locate the owners of the properties affected by electricity projects in order to negotiate mutual agreements for the installation of the facility on the property.

• Act as a construction site assistant, to ensure that the project execution is carried out according to the conditions agreed upon with the owner and that the least possible damage is caused to the property, and, if necessary, oversee its restoration.

What are we looking for?

• Valuable training in Agricultural/Forestry/Agronomic Engineering or similar fields.

• Valuable experience in rural land expropriations.

• Availability for occasional travel (fieldwork).

• Negotiation skills.

• Driving license required.
