Tax and Community Manager

At Copernicus, we are looking to incorporate a Tax and Community Manager to join the Property Management and Asset Management area. The selected person will have to manage property owner communities, track and regularize tax obligations associated with real estate assets, ensuring efficient administration and high-level service. Main responsibilities: Tax Management Management and tracking of taxes and fees associated with real estate assets, guaranteeing efficient administration and high-level service. Key skills and qualifications: Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations Experience in property management and community administration Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
