Aquarela da Mata Condomínio Fechado hires Sinop.MT Full-time. Responsibilities: Coordinate recreational activities, events and leisure programs of the condominium Manage the event calendar and institutional communication of the activities Promote engagement of condominium owners in social and leisure actions Implement and coordinate internal concierge services Supervise the infrastructure of leisure areas (gym, playgrounds, courts and other spaces...) Ensure compliance with condominium rules and regulations Coordinate with condominium residents and staff to resolve issues and improve services Develop and implement strategies for improving the quality of life of condominium residents Provide support and guidance to condominium residents on various matters related to their living environment.
