Commercial Manager / Sales Assistant

A person is sought to work in a bank branch in Bilbao. The main role consists of managing the experience of clients who come to the branch, organizing the flow of service to reduce waiting times and ensuring that everyone receives efficient treatment. Priority will be given to vulnerable clients, offering them a service adapted to their needs from the first moment. The use of digital tools, such as the mobile application and ATMs, will also be encouraged for those transactions that do not require in-person advice. Another important part of the position is to identify commercial opportunities when speaking with clients. They will need to be informed about available financial products, helping them choose the option that best suits their needs. To do this, it is necessary to have a good understanding of the products, services, active campaigns, and the general functioning of the bank. Inquiries and problems that cannot be resolved directly in the branch will also be handled, avoiding unnecessary inconvenience and waiting. Furthermore, the coordinator will be supported in planning and resource organization tasks. At specific times, one might attend the commercial desk to maintain service quality. It will be essential to share any relevant information gathered from clients with the manager, with the aim of improving the entity's day-to-day operations. All transactions will be carried out following internal procedures and security regulations. The contract is indefinite, with a part-time schedule of 27 hours per week, with hours from Monday to Thursday from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, and Friday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The salary is competitive and includes a benefits package. The workplace is in Bilbao.
