Job description
The HR Manager is a non-commissioned officer specializing in the administrative management of personnel. He/She works within an HR office or a personnel administration department on an air base. He/She handles files related to the careers of military personnel: recruitment, integration, transfers, promotions, training, payroll, leave, retirement. He/She also assists aviators in their personal or professional endeavors, and contributes to the smooth functioning of staffing in each unit. Equal salary between men and women for equivalent positions and hierarchical levels. , 45 days of leave per year. , Preferential rates with SNCF, up to -75% for you and -50% for your family. , Free accommodation on base for new recruits or housing assistance for accommodation outside.
