Human Resources Officer H/F

The Human Resources Officer is a non-commissioned officer specializing in administrative personnel management. He/she works within a Human Resources department or a personnel administration service on an air base. He/she handles files related to military personnel careers: recruitment, integration, transfers, promotions, training, pay, leave, retirement.
He/she also accompanies aviators in their personal or professional endeavors and contributes to the smooth functioning of personnel in each unit.

A salary equal between men and women at the same post and hierarchical level.

The training for the Human Resources Officer role includes two distinct phases:

- 15 weeks of learning military basics at the École de Formation des Sous-Officiers de l'armée de l'Air et de l'Espace (EFSOAAE) located in Rochefort.
- 10 weeks of Professional Training at the Querqueville school.

The entry into the Human Resources Officer training marks your entry into this professional career. Even if you are not yet the diploma holder, you have the salary planned for this job during the training to focus on learning your new missions.

As a Human Resources Officer, you will be expected to:

- Manage administrative files for military personnel in your unit (grades, family situations, leave, transfers) ;
- Ensure career tracking, training, assignments, departures, and conversions ;
- Participate in organizing Human Resources services at your air base, in liaison with the command ;
- Realize data entry, system updates, and ensure information compliance ;
- Counsel personnel on military rights, evolution possibilities, or unit changes.
