- Payroll & Time Management: Manage the monthly salary process, monitor working hours, and variable payroll elements up to closing.
- Recruitment: Participate in the entire recruitment process according to needs: posting ads, tracking applications, interviews, and support until final engagement.
- School Relations: Contribute to the development and monitoring of partnerships with hotel schools to strengthen our attractiveness to future talent.
- Internal Communication & Events: Participate in HR communication and the organization of events for employees.
- HR Projects & Employee Experience: Contribute to various HR projects and propose initiatives aimed at continuously improving the employee experience.
Profile :
- Education: You hold a degree from a hotel school (Bachelor's or equivalent) and have completed your education with a degree in Human Resources.
- Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role, necessarily acquired in the hotel and restaurant sector.
- Payroll: You have a strong command of payroll processes, working time monitoring, and variable salary element management.
- HR Knowledge: You ideally have good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance.
- Tools: You are proficient with computer tools and HR information systems.
- Organization: Rigorous and organized, you know how to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and ensure precise follow-up of your files.
- Interpersonal Skills: You enjoy human contact and know how to build a relationship of trust with your contacts, while respecting the strict confidentiality inherent in the HR role.
- Attitude: Autonomous, dynamic, and versatile, you enjoy working in a small team where mutual support, responsiveness, and autonomy are essential.
- Languages: You have a perfect command of French, both spoken and written. Proficiency in English is a real asset.
- Personality: You are proactive, solution-oriented, and enjoy contributing to a positive work atmosphere.
