Job description

About FPP Industries

FPP Industries is continuing its development and wishes to further structure its Human Resources function.

In this context, we are creating a Human Resources Manager position at 60%, reporting directly to General Management.

The challenge: to build a HR management that is reliable, structured, and humane, capable of sustainably supporting the company's development.

Why this position exists

Until now, various HR issues have been handled without a dedicated HR function.

With the company's development, we now wish to take a new step: to make personnel administration reliable, structure our HR practices, and offer both employees and managers a clearly identified point of contact.

Therefore, this is a newly created position.

You will join a function that already has a defined framework and responsibilities, but in which many processes remain to be structured and evolved.

Your mission

Your mission will be to structure, administer, and bring Human Resources at FPP Industries to life, by ensuring reliable day-to-day management while progressively building the HR practices the company will need to continue its development.

You will be the operational HR referent for the company and will work in direct liaison with Management, managers, employees, and external partners.

Your main responsibilities

Ensure reliable HR administration and payroll.
You will be responsible for the administrative follow-up of employees from their arrival to their departure: contracts and amendments, absences, leaves, trial periods, medical visits, deadlines, and individual files. You will collect and control payroll variables, prepare pay slips, and ensure their timely delivery.

Manage recruitment and onboarding.
You will support managers in defining their needs, draft and disseminate job offers, pre-select candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the process until the integration of new employees.

Develop skills.
You will identify needs with managers, organize and monitor training, and progressively contribute to building a clear vision of the skills available and to be developed within the company.

Support managers and employees.
You will become an accessible HR point of contact on a daily basis. You will support managers with their human resource issues, organize appraisal campaigns, and contribute to identifying situations requiring special attention early enough.

Structure and improve HR practices.
You will make data reliable, build indicators useful for management, formalize processes, and propose concrete improvements to simplify HR operations and the employee experience.

Support compliance related to the company's development.
You will notably contribute to projects related to the CSE (Employee Representative Council), DUERP (Single Document on Workplace Risk Assessment), and the progressive structuring of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives, in conjunction with Management and the company's evolution.

What we expect from you

Essential

You have a solid foundation in personnel administration and French labor law.

You are capable of handling payroll production, while knowing when to engage an external service provider or consultant when a situation requires particular technical or regulatory expertise.

You know how to conduct a recruitment, support an onboarding process, and work with managers on their daily HR issues.

You are comfortable with office software and sufficiently organized to maintain HR data, documents, and deadlines with a high level of reliability.

Confidentiality, rigor, and reliability are non-negotiable for you.

Your way of working

This position will be particularly suitable for someone who enjoys both managing the day-to-day and building what does not yet exist.

You like to understand before acting, to structure, document, and improve.

You are capable of working autonomously within your scope while knowing how to identify decisions that require management arbitration.

You know how to listen without losing your neutrality, support without replacing the manager, and tactfully challenge when a situation requires it.

You are also comfortable in an environment where the HR function will continue to evolve with the company's development.

What we offer you

You are joining FPP Industries at a time when the HR function is truly structuring itself.

Therefore, you will not just be taking over an existing position: you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the construction and improvement of our HR practices.

The position offers a direct link with Management, real autonomy in organizing daily HR tasks, and a scope likely to evolve progressively with the development of the company and the group.

Above all, we are looking for someone who wants to build a useful, pragmatic, and ground-level function.
