About the mission Attached to the operations manager, your missions will be as follows: * Manage the issues related to road transport (delays, incidents, adjustments) * Follow up and process customer complaints with rigor and diplomacy * Contribute to analyzing dysfunctions and proposing solutions * Ensure the smooth running of daily operations and provide support to the team * Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners * Participate in the development of new business opportunities * Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals * Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction * Manage and resolve conflicts in a professional manner * Maintain accurate records and reports * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures * Perform any other tasks assigned by the operations manager. Candidate profile: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (marketing, communication, etc.) * 2-3 years of experience in client relations or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, etc.) * Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
