Customer Relationship Manager - (M/F) - Internship - ASAP

Your Missions

• Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone

• Communicate with our service providers and our various departments

• Participate in the optimization of tasks and processes

• Participate in the optimization of the customer experience (management of customer review platforms and various customer satisfaction indicators)

• Advise customers on Aubade products

• Interact with the logistics center, IT, quality, retail, finance, and creative departments

• Interact with our various service providers (payment, marketplace)

Your Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French, with the ability to handle complex requests clearly and concisely.

• Training in customer relationship management, ideally in the retail or online fashion sector.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in digital tools and e-commerce platforms, as well as an understanding of market trends and customer expectations.

• Commitment to the company's values, including boldness, diversity, inclusivity, and social responsibility, with a desire to contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

• Specific internship information:

Catering: Meal Vouchers at €10 (€6 employer share / €4 employee share)

Internship start date: November 2026

Duration: 1 - 2 months

Full-time internship (Working hours may vary between 8 am and 6 pm but always with 7 hours per day)

2-month unpaid internship

Transportation is covered up to 50% of the Navigo Pass
