Job description
Contract Type: 3-month fixed-term contract (Possibility of renewal and evolution to permanent contract)
Salary: €1,900 gross / month
Location and conditions: Position based on-site in an open-space office in Avesnes sur Helpe (59440) from Monday to Friday.
Job Description:
Within our press company, you will join our on-site team to ensure the operational management of our subscriber portfolios. Your tasks will be divided between data entry, launching computer processes (which requires a certain rigor), and customer relations with telephone reception, writing letters, and emails.
Profile sought:
With a Bac+2 education and a good command of the Windows environment (Word, Excel), you ideally have initial experience combining administrative rigor and customer contact.
Diplomatic and dynamic: You are proficient in telephone communication, and you have excellent oral and written expression. Your listening skills and quick wit allow you to respond clearly and confidently to the requests of our contacts, including the most demanding.
Productive and autonomous: You are rigorous in data management and organized in your computer processing.
Team spirit: You appreciate working in an open-space environment, which facilitates rapid information flow and daily mutual assistance.
Position to be filled starting November 2nd.
