LPP Manager 80%-100%
Responsibilities :
Management of admissions, departures, salary changes, civil status, transfer of vested benefits
Calculation and management of occupational disability, divorce, buybacks, loss of earnings, retirement, and death
Participation in technical closings
Advising insured individuals
Profile :
Commercial employee CFC in insurance or equivalent
LPP Certificate (= an asset or in progress)
3-6 years of professional experience as a manager in the field of occupational benefits
Good knowledge of standard IT tools
Excellent German language skills (C1 level = an asset)
Customer-oriented, trustworthy, organized individual with good stress management skills
Start date: to be agreed upon
