Logistics Manager

Manpower To support the development of our partner, a prestigious watch manufacturer based in Geneva, we are looking for several Logistics Managers. Their role will be to ensure the smooth flow of internal flows, the reliability of computer tools and the precision of stocks to effectively support production objectives. - Daily coordination: plan, organize and distribute logistics activities in collaboration with production teams and external providers, while ensuring optimal use of resources. - Tracking of flows and priorities: control the evolution of orders, anticipate delays or advances and put in place necessary actions to respect deadlines. - Management of unexpected events: analyze daily setbacks and pilot corrective actions to ensure continuity of operations. - Respect for sensitive processes: strictly apply rules for managing precious materials. - Optimization of logistics systems: supervise computer tools, ensure data accuracy and continuously improve stock management. - Continuous improvement: participate in deploying projects aimed at strengthening service efficiency, while accompanying teams towards greater autonomy and mastery. - Communication: ensure smooth and structured information transmission within the service and with various stakeholders. - Education: Federal Brevet in Logistics or equivalent degree in production/logistics. - Solid knowledge of inventory management; a first experience in team coordination is a plus. - Excellent communication skills, ability to make quick decisions and evolve in a collaborative environment. - Proactive personality, oriented towards the ground, pragmatic and able to adapt to changing priorities. - Strong polyvalence and teamwork developed. - Mastery of SAP and usual computer tools. - Professional experience of 5 to 10 years in logistics, ideally in industry. - Availability to work in team hours 2x8.
