Job description
The Environment:
ENSTA, an institution of higher education and research under the authority of the Ministry of the Armed Forces, develops training, research, and innovation activities in the fields of defense and security, transportation, energy, maritime activities, digital technology, and health.
The school, with campuses in Paris-Saclay and Brest, is a member of the Institut Polytechnique de Paris. Ranked in the Top 10 of the best engineering schools in France, its mission is:
- the training of civil and military engineers, managers, and doctoral students for the public and private sectors,

Within the General Directorate of Services (DGS), the Financial Affairs Division (DAF) consists of 3 activity poles: the revenue pole, the expenditure pole, and the equipment accounting pole. It comprises 11 agents spread across the Brest and Palaiseau sites. It is under the authority of a division head, who is assisted by a deputy, also head of the expenditure pole. The revenue pole, which you will join, consists of a pole head, based on the Paris-Saclay campus, and 3 budget and financial managers in charge of revenue.
The position holder will be assigned to the Revenue pole, on the Brest Campus or the Paris-Saclay Campus.
Your Missions / Main Activities:
Under the hierarchical authority of the pole head, the position holder will strengthen the revenue pole and provide support, as needed, to the expenditure pole.
He/she will use the financial information system PEP premium and will notably be responsible for:
- Issuing sales invoices, recovery orders, titling revenue, ensuring effective recovery and adherence to deadlines;
- Maintaining dedicated monitoring tables and activity indicators;
- Ensuring reconciliation of the institution's revenue and its regularization in coordination with the accounting agency departments.
- Providing support to the managers responsible for managing designated operations.
Ancillary Activities:
- Contributing to the preparation of budget documents, including execution and forecasts;
- Ensuring versatility within the pole and, as needed, in the other DAF poles;
- Contributing to the Quality initiative, particularly through drafting and updating procedures, and by providing and monitoring indicators;
- Contributing to the School's CSR initiative within the framework of its missions and activities.
Level of Diploma and Training:
High School Diploma to Bachelor's Degree (BAC to BAC + 2)

Fixed-term contract for 12 months (opportunities for advancement to other positions within the institution, depending on needs and demonstrated skills, will be possible).Planned start date: as soon as possible
Work Location:
ENSTA Paris-Saclay Campus, 828 boulevard des Maréchaux 91762 Palaiseau – Cedex or Brest Campus, 2 rue François Verny 29200 Brest.

Full-time position (39 hours per week, 25 days of annual leave, 23 RTT days annually).
