Claims Manager in Insurance

As a Claims Manager, you are the essential link between our clients, insurance companies and experts. A true partner of trust, you accompany our clients throughout the processing of their file, with transparency, empathy and rigor.

Your missions include notably :

• Ensure a privileged role as contact between clients, insurance companies and experts.
• Accompany the client in a proactive and transparent manner throughout the processing of the claim, advising and keeping them informed at each stage.
• Open, analyze and follow up on individual and SME (auto, housing, RC, etc.) claims files, ensuring correct interpretation of requests and exact, rapid and efficient treatment.
• Control contractual clauses and legal aspects to ensure fair and equitable management.
• Negotiate and follow up on compensation proposals, while ensuring a smooth communication with all stakeholders.
• Manage the administrative aspect of files (correspondence, emails, encoding in BRIO, etc.) with precision and method.
• Collaborate closely with the production service to offer optimal and consistent client service.
• Take into account customer feedback, whether positive or negative, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal processes.
• You accompany the client during expert assessments, ensuring their interests are defended with benevolence, professionalism and a sense of service.
• Respect internal procedures as well as legal and regulatory obligations imposed by insurance companies and current legislation.
• Finally, you contribute to the collective dynamics of the department by bringing your sense of service, team spirit and commitment.
