Training Manager - Plumbing

Basic salary - 52,500 $ + participation in benefits

We are currently looking for recent graduates or new graduates to join our programme de développement des gestionnaires. This is a full-time and salaried position, offering a complete package of social benefits and the possibility of benefiting from a participation in benefits (profit sharing).

The job:

As a training manager, you will follow a four-phase program to learn all aspects of our company's operations, from product knowledge and logistics to employee development and more. You will learn about our clients by developing your own sales territory and offering world-class customer service. You will benefit from the guidance, mentorship, and support of managers and colleagues in your region and across Canada to build a successful career in management at EMCO.

Overview of the program:

Phase 1: Warehouse and customer service – Acquire knowledge about products and gain practical experience with the company's logistics, and learn how our products are delivered from the supplier to the client. You will also participate in customer service, sales at the counter, order management, inventory control, pricing control, credit management, financial statements, and more.

Phase 2: Client relations and procurement – Move from assisting clients to managing large-scale projects and resolving problems. While establishing relationships with clients and suppliers and providing world-class service, learn to read plans to establish a quote for the materials needed by the client to complete their project.

Phase 3: Sales and proactive sales – Emphasizing commercial development, you will learn to find new business opportunities, sell our products, negotiate contracts allowing us to expand the company's customer base and create level 5 client partnerships.

Phase 4: Leadership and operations – Now it's your turn to provide a strategic vision, lead your own team, mentor others, and manage the company by focusing on leadership development, supporting the team through coaching and mentoring, and defining a vision and strategy.

Once you have completed the training phases, you will be ready to take on the challenge of becoming a manager at one of our Canadian profit centers.
