Scheduling Manager

Join a exceptional watch manufacturing company and participate in the mastery of its production flow by piloting scheduling at the heart of industrial excellence. - Adjust the short-term workload according to the capacities of the workshops and the established schedule. - Launch and follow up on fabrication orders based on the advancement of the program. - Identify deviations, analyze their impacts and put in place corrective actions. - Work closely with production to ensure deadlines and commitments. - Accompany the introduction of new products or procedures with project/industrial teams. - Participate in continuous improvement actions and Supply Chain projects. - Update reference data in ERP and pilot key indicators. - Ensure coordination between services to secure flows and operational objectives. - Higher education degree such as Bachelor HES/HEG in logistics, industrial management, or equivalent experience in a production environment. - Solid foundations in organization and flow management, with confirmed experience in production management or scheduling. - Ease with computer tools, including MS Office, SAP, and performance tracking systems. - Analytical capacity, synthetic vision, and rigor in information processing. - Communicative personality, adaptable, and oriented towards collaboration. - Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to take initiatives.
