Image Manager M/F

As an Image Manager M/F, you will join our Imaging Operations team as part of a 18-month fixed-term contract (CDD) and play a key role in managing imaging activities for international oncology clinical trials. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure the timely collection, quality control, review, and reconciliation of medical imaging data while supporting project success. Based at our headquarters in Sophia Antipolis, you will contribute to innovative studies that advance medical research and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage imaging activities for an assigned portfolio of clinical studies.

• Create and maintain Image Acquisition Guidelines and study documentation.

• Perform quality control of images and coordinate image review workflows.

• Manage data reconciliation, query resolution, and project tracking.

• Monitor operational metrics and support project prioritization to meet deadlines and quality objectives.

• Provide project status updates to senior team members and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and industry best practices.

• Contribute to process improvements, training initiatives, and deviation management.

• Support cross-functional activities and act as a backup for team operations as needed.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Medical Radiography Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field.

Experience

• Experience in medical imaging, radiology, radiotherapy, healthcare, or a related environment.

• Exposure to clinical research, clinical trials, or imaging-related activities is an advantage.

• Hospital internships or clinical training are also appreciated.

Skills

• Knowledge of medical imaging modalities and imaging workflows.

• Understanding of healthcare quality standards and patient care environments.

• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) is a plus.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary and international teams.

• Professional proficiency in French; English is strongly desired.
