You will lead the team responsible for software development of simulation, by piloting the design and implementation of new features and workflows 3D that allow users to conceive, validate and visualize their machines independently. You will be responsible for a high-impact segment of Vention's product portfolio and contribute directly to how our technology is demonstrated and deployed to clients.

What you will do

• You will manage a team of more than 5 developers, supporting their technical and interpersonal growth.
• You will organize the team's work using quarterly planning, agile sprints, code reviews, automated testing, deployment and maintenance.
• You will collaborate with product managers to define the strategic roadmap and priorities for the simulation software.
• You will participate in designing user experiences and graphical interfaces (GUI) related to simulation.
• You will design, develop and maintain robust software applications offering high performance and great evolutivity.
• You will foster a culture focused on automated testing and elevate standards for unit tests, integration tests and scenarios.
• You will mentor and accompany junior engineers in all aspects of agile software development.
• You will apply design patterns (SOLID principles) and best practices to produce clean and reusable code.
• You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop simulation-based applications using physical engines and rendering motors.
• You will apply mathematical concepts, including linear algebra, to support the development of simulation when required.
