TEAM EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE MANAGER (F/H)

We are looking for a team equipment maintenance manager (F/H) on behalf of our client, an industrial group.

Your mission is to ensure technical follow-up of equipment and guarantee the adequacy of human resources to meet customer requirements and certifications. You are the guarantor of performance and reliability of machine park, respecting safety, quality, cost, and deadline imperatives. Your role breaks down into several fundamental aspects: Maintenance: You ensure organization and realization of preventive maintenance plan, while completing and enriching it. You coordinate technical stops and prioritize curative maintenance actions in collaboration with internal clients. You ensure good GMAO keeping and respect for allocated budget. You are also an essential support for curative teams, accompanying them during breakdowns and training. Continuous improvement: You are a driving force for improving equipment and follow up on investment project implementation (CAPEX). Your proactivity and analytical spirit are key to optimizing processes and performances. Communication and management: You actively participate in short-term animation meetings (AIC) and ensure fluent communication between teams. You ensure good application of safety rules, quality procedures, and environmental directives in the workshop, and you are the guarantor of 5S method implementation.

You hold a Bachelor's degree +3 in a technical field. Ideally, you justify at least 2 years of experience in an industrial environment, and possibly in the agro-food sector. You have proven skills in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity, and automation. You master computer tools, including GMAO software, and are comfortable with technical documentation (mechanical plans, etc.). Your rigor, sense of priorities, and organizational capacity are essential assets. You demonstrate proactivity, reactivity, and a sharp analytical spirit. Your excellent interpersonal qualities and listening skills allow you to work effectively in teams and support your colleagues.
