Qualibroker-Swiss Risk & Care positions itself as an architect for insurance agents from all sectors (internal service). For our brokerage unit - Oberwallis region, we are looking for an internal insurance agent from all sectors. As an insurance agent, you play a central role in handling, accompanying and retaining a portfolio of corporate clients. Insurance Agent from All Sectors - Employment Rate: 80% to 100% - Type of employment: Full-time position with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills: • Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and its various sectors; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong organizational and time management skills; • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); • Familiarity with CRM systems. The ideal candidate will also have the following certifications: • Insurance Agent Certification from the Swiss Federal Department of Finance; • Compliance with the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority regulations. As an internal insurance agent, you will be responsible for: • Handling and accompanying a portfolio of corporate clients; • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to retain existing clients; • Maintaining accurate records and reports on client interactions and transactions; • Collaborating with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing) to achieve business objectives.
