The Project Manager:
- Controls and follows up on the contractual aspect of the construction site, both vis-à-vis clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. This work includes purchases and production of contracts and amendments.
- Manages financially the project, both for income and expenses, as well as monthly reporting (previsional management). This aspect is a main role of the Project Manager.
- Represents the company vis-à-vis third parties - in particular during construction site meetings.
- Sets up the project planning (advance, general, and purchases) and remains responsible for the overall project deadline.
- He exchanges information continuously to ensure that the conductor's commitments align financially and legally with the contracts.
- He maintains contractual and financial responsibility until final reception.
