Course Manager (F/H/X)

For the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences, Communication and Politics (ESPO), from the Humanities Sector (SSH) Main site: Louvain-la-Neuve Full-time contract for a fixed term (until 02/10/2026) Start date: from early April 2026 Context / Mission The function is exercised within the first cycle and the School of Political Science and Social Sciences (PSAD) of the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences, Communication and Politics (ESPO). Under the supervision of the Director of the PSAD, the Course Manager will be responsible for managing the courses offered by the 1st cycle and the PSAD. This includes: • Developing and implementing a course management strategy; • Coordinating with teachers to ensure the smooth running of courses; • Managing the administrative aspects of courses (scheduling, registration, etc.); • Ensuring compliance with ESPO's policies and procedures; • Collaborating with other departments within the Faculty; • Providing support to students and staff. The Course Manager will also be responsible for: • Developing and implementing a strategy for promoting the PSAD and its courses; • Building relationships with external partners (universities, research centers, etc.); • Participating in meetings and committees related to course management and academic affairs. Requirements: • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., education, communication, sociology); • At least 3 years of experience in course management or a related field; • Excellent organizational and communication skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
