Join the fastest-growing mobile supermarket in Europe, by becoming an essential pillar of our People team! As a Payroll Specialist at Picnic, you will guarantee the payroll and compliance for over 1000 employees. Under the responsibility of our Payroll Lead and in collaboration with another Payroll Specialist, you will work in a multi-site setting governed by different National Collective Agreements (CCN) for varied and routine-free activities. In an international environment where some processes are already automated, we aim to optimize the others so that you can focus on people and expertise. If you combine rigor, autonomy, and a taste for continuous improvement, join us!

Your missions

  • Payroll Management and Preparation: Collect employee benefits (EVP) and prepare payroll for multi-CCN/establishments with the provider.
  • Personnel Administration: Ensure onboarding, offboarding, health insurance management, advances, and final pay slips (STC).
  • Administrative & Social Management: Process temporary payroll, draft HR letters, and manage provident fund cases.
  • Imports & Automate and integrate import files (hires, absences, EVP) into the payroll software.
  • Support & Proximity: Respond to questions via ticketing (in French/English) and make occasional site visits.
  • HRBP Partnership: Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to ensure compliance and disciplinary follow-up.

About you

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in payroll management (multi-site / multi-CCN experience is a plus);
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Payroll/HR or a related field;
  • Solid skills in Excel (or equivalent);
  • Proficiency with payroll software (knowledge of ADP Globalview is a plus);
  • You are comfortable enough in English to communicate in writing and orally with international colleagues and support teams;
  • Solid knowledge of French labor law and social law;
  • Ability to adapt, interest in process optimization, and autonomy.
