Description of the post
- You determine the execution methods of the site as well as the planning.
- You ensure the good organization of your sites, in collaboration with the driver.
- You represent the company during construction meetings with the client.
- You are responsible for managing contractual negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
- You follow up on your sites for all technical, financial, administrative, and commercial aspects.
- You ensure a close monitoring of the progress of works and ensure maintaining and controlling the profitability of projects assigned to you.
