The Position

Lemonway is looking for its next Cash Management Manager for an internship to strengthen its current team and support its growth.

This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious fintech in the constantly evolving payment sector.

Main Responsibilities

Within the Cash Management team and under the supervision of a Senior, you will be involved in several aspects of the payment flow.

Your missions will include:

• Participating in daily treasury management: monitoring bank balances, cash pooling, and treasury forecasts.

• Contributing to bank reconciliations and payment flow reconciliation.

• Monitoring fund returns and rejected transfers, identifying anomalies, and participating in corrective actions.

• Providing operational support in managing payment flow incidents.

• Liaising with banking partners and internal teams for the monitoring of outgoing payment flows.

• Participating in monthly controls, operational reporting, and ad-hoc analyses.

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and the updating of documentation.

• You are a student in your final year or on a gap year (Bac+4/5) pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, Banking, or equivalent

• You have an interest in the world of payments, fintech, and/or treasury management

• You have initial knowledge of payment systems (SEPA, SWIFT, Instant Payments, Visa, Mastercard)

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• You speak fluent French and can communicate in English

• You are known for your rigor, organization, attention to detail, and proactivity

• You possess strong analytical skills and a great ability to solve problems
