The Role

Lemonway is looking for its next Cash Management Manager intern to strengthen its current team and support its growth.

This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious fintech in the constantly evolving payment sector.

Main Responsibilities

Within the Cash Management team and under the supervision of a Senior, you will be involved in several aspects of payment flows.

Your missions will include, but not be limited to:

• Participate in daily treasury management: monitoring bank balances, cash pooling, and cash flow forecasting.

• Contribute to bank reconciliations and payment flow reconciliation.

• Ensure monitoring of fund returns and wire rejections, identify anomalies, and participate in corrective actions.

• Provide operational support in managing payment flow incidents.

• Liaise with banking partners and internal teams for the monitoring of outgoing payment flows.

• Participate in monthly controls, operational reporting, and ad-hoc analyses.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the updating of documentation.

• You are a student in your final year or on a gap year (Bac+4/5) in a Master's program in Finance, Banking, or equivalent

• You have an interest in the world of payments, fintechs, and/or treasury management

• You have initial knowledge of payment systems (SEPA, SWIFT, Instant Payments, Visa, Mastercard)

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• You are fluent in French and can communicate in English

• You are recognized for your rigor, organization, attention to detail, and proactivity

• You possess strong analytical skills and a high capacity for problem-solving
