We are looking for an ADVANCED ACCOUNTING AND BILLING MANAGER (F/H) on behalf of our client, a subsidiary of a major group in the construction sector, to cover a maternity leave replacement.
Join our team to ensure the complete administrative and financial management of a strategic portfolio of projects. You will be reporting to the controller. Your Key Responsibilities: - Mastering billing: calculate, follow up, and issue monthly invoices (construction work situations, DGD) via SAP. Ensure compliance with public and private market rules. - Operational Support: Analyze and record contractual documents (OS, amendments, guarantees, subcontracting) and advise agencies on the specifics of the Public Markets Code. - Cash Management Guarantor: Conduct client reminders, complex account lettering in connection with accounting, and actively contribute to resolving disputes and monthly treasury monitoring (CASH). This position, based in NANTES, is available for a 5-month mission. Work schedule: 37 hours/week - 11 JRTT per year Hourly rate between €16 and €19 (equivalent to €2,400-€2,900 per month depending on the profile) Qualification: ETAM Tickets Restaurants 12€ taken care of 60%
- Training: Bachelor's degree + 2 (Accounting, Management, Assistant PME/PMI). - Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position, ideally in an environment involving public and private markets. - Technical Skills: Imperative mastery of SAP (or a management ERP) and complex billing cycles (BTP, Services, Projects). - Human Qualities: Rigor, Reliability, keen sense of organization, and ability to work closely with operational teams (customer service sense). - A Plus: Knowledge of the Construction/BTP or Large Projects (naval, industrial) sectors and experience on high-profile files.
