Administrative Manager

Responsibilities - You ensure the management of claims files in the insurance domain (people, things, motor vehicles, civil liability, etc.). - You advise our clients by phone and email. - You work closely with insurance companies - You clarify facts and proceed to their evaluation. - You identify potential claims and ensure their execution. Profile - Employee/Commercial Certificate - A few years of professional experience in the insurance domain - Holder of an AFA (insurance) certificate, a significant advantage - Solid technical knowledge in the field of claim management - Native French speaker with excellent knowledge of English, German, and more - Motivated, open-minded, and flexible, you like taking on responsibilities and work reliably and precisely even during busy periods.
