Warehouse Manager (m/f)

FAN Courier, the leader of the courier market in Romania, is looking for a Warehouse Manager for its headquarters in Ștefăneștii de Jos.

Responsibilities:

• Manages and correctly and timely registers incoming shipments in the Unidentified Shipments (MN) flow, according to internal procedures;
• Verifies compliance with the operational flow and specific procedures for the Unidentified Shipments Warehouse activity;
• Identifies shipments that can be resolved and ensures they are sent for delivery;
• Monitors the status of incoming, resolved, and remaining shipments in the warehouse;
• Identifies and reports damaged shipments that arrive in the MN Warehouse;
• Prepares and maintains daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activity;
• Proposes and implements solutions to optimize the flow and reduce the number of unidentified shipments;
• Manages the write-off process for shipments that have exceeded the legal storage period;
• Collaborates with the Customer Service department to resolve situations not covered by internal procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in team coordination and/or warehouse/storage activity;
• Good organizational and prioritization skills;
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing information and documents;
• Ability to analyze and identify solutions for unforeseen situations;
• Good PC and Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel;
• Ability to work both individually and in a team;
• Seriousness, responsibility, and adherence to deadlines;
• Good communication and collaboration skills with internal departments;
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation.
