We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Warehouse Manager who will coordinate and optimize the activities of procurement, storage, transportation, and delivery of goods, ensuring efficient flows, controlled costs, and compliance with terms and standards of quality.

The role requires both strategic vision and operational involvement in a dynamic environment oriented towards performance and growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and develops logistics activity: storage, deliveries, procurement, and management of the team under subordination;
• Plans, organizes, and optimizes logistical flows (receiving goods, storage, picking, delivery);
• Manages inventory and ensures its accuracy, including through periodic inventories;
• Administers the vehicle fleet, equipment, and tools used in logistics activity;
• Collaborates with internal departments, transporters, and suppliers of logistical services and consumable goods;
• Maintains and analyzes performance indicators (logistical KPIs): costs, delivery times, service level;
• Suggests and implements operational efficiency solutions and digitalization of logistics processes;
• Ensures compliance with internal procedures, applicable laws, and health and safety regulations at work;
• Is responsible for managing waste resulting from logistical activity, in accordance with legal regulations;
• Participates in the budgeting process and cost control of logistics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (logistics coordination / warehouse management)
• Experience in team management
• Solid knowledge of logistics, inventory management
• Good planning, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to analyze and orient towards solutions
• Ability to work under stress
• Operational PC knowledge (Excel, ERP/WMS)
• Familiarity with the WinMentor program constitutes an advantage
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Driving license category B – constitutes an advantage
