Warehouse Manager – Bolintin-Deal, CTPark -km 23

Requirements

• High school diploma;
• PC and/or MS Office knowledge - intermediate level;
• Customer orientation and attention to detail;
• Experience in team coordination;
• Dynamic and responsible person;
• Experience in a similar position or in the Logistics field - is an advantage;
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM;

Responsibilities

• Manages inventory – responsible for its accuracy in internal applications;
• Prepares specific inventory documentation and verifies specific documents (CMR etc.);
• Monitors and develops performance and efficiency indicators (KPIs);
• Coordinates the team and work shifts;
• Ensures the team knows and meets/exceeds performance indicators;
• Manages goods receipts;
• Ensures goods are registered and handled by labeling all received packages;
• Responsible for preparing orders within agreed timelines, respecting work instructions and customer requests;
• Maintains contact with the client via email and phone.
