What will your tasks be?
- Analyze BIM information and manage BIM tools (especially 3D, 4D, and 5D) from a project management perspective (PMO).
- Translate and land BIM processes into the PMO governance model, anticipating risks and ensuring that BIM standards and procedures do not negatively affect project tracking and control.
- Interact between the PMO, the BMO (BIM office), and the Engineering Department, facilitating the integration of tools, KPIs, and methodologies.
- Support in defining rapid roles and functions BIM within the PMO, and subsequently provide support as needs arise.
