Huchtemeier Paper is a modern paper company with a 130-year history. Since 2025, we belong to the Lithuanian Grigeo Group. With investments, growth, and clear future strategy, we are rebuilding our HR department.

The active development of our team and an outstanding corporate culture have always been priorities for us, both at Huchtemeier Paper and at the Grigeo Group. Through the merger, new areas of responsibility will arise for our personnel management, e.g., the care of the comprehensive goal- and bonus system as well as continuous team development. Therefore, we would like to strengthen our personnel management with an experienced “People Manager” in full-time.

Aufgaben

• Point of contact for our team in personnel matters
• Design and guidance of the goal- and bonus system
• Design of personal goals for the team
• Development of HR processes together with international HR managers at Grigeo Group (including occasional business trips to the headquarters in Vilnius)
• Preparation and care of employment contracts
• Recruitment process management
• Employee selection together with team leadership or management
• Leading and accompanying employee discussions
• Tight cooperation with the managing director
• The position will be established as a staff function of the management board and can later be expanded to include employees

Qualifikation

• Economic education or studies
• At least 3 years of professional experience in HR
• (Alternatively: leadership experience and high interest in personnel management)
• High enthusiasm for employee development, motivation systems, goal development, recruitment
• Sovereign, binding appearance towards employees, managers, and colleagues
• Excellent German and good English skills
• High team- and motivational ability
• Travel readiness (average one overnight stay per month)
