Our client is a regionally based, innovative and successful electrical installation company. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a leadership personality as:

Branch Manager Electrical Installation

Tasks

• Operational management of the branch office
• Overall responsibility for the location with around 15 employees (including 5 apprentices)
• Technical management and project responsibility from the offer to the billing
• Planning, organization and implementation of installation projects in residential construction, commercial, industrial, service as well as in the areas of PV and E-mobility solutions
• Ensuring quality, punctuality, occupational safety and energy efficiency
• Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships with builders, architects, planners and partner companies
• Promotion, coaching and development of employees and apprentices

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrical installer EFZ
• Further training as an electrical installer with federal master's examination or completion as an electrical project manager with a federal specialist certificate
• Several years of management experience in electrical installation
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking, customer orientation and negotiation skills
• Organized, solution-oriented way of working as well as assertiveness and teamwork skills
• Enjoy taking responsibility and actively developing a location
