Your Tasks

• Product Strategy & Innovation Responsibility: Shaping the strategic orientation of the product portfolio, taking into account economic aspects, and responsibility for innovation, market positioning, and technical further development to ensure sustainable competitiveness.
• Strategic Cooperation: Holistic and market-oriented development of product strategies in close coordination with the business leadership departments Sales and Production.
• Budget Responsibility: Full budget responsibility for your own area and targeted control of investments in future-oriented product developments.
• Strategic Product Development: Development of product strategies and roadmaps together with the teams for product management and development, as well as leadership of the product steering committee to steer the entire process from requirements specification to market launch.
• Team Leadership & Organization: Disciplinary and professional leadership of the business unit
