For the management and further development of our Rehabilitation Standard and Medical Supply Store divisions, we are seeking an experienced leader with entrepreneurial thinking and strong commercial acumen.

In this key position, you will assume the financial and operational responsibility for several locations and approximately 150 employees. You will lead through managers, consistently steer the business unit based on relevant KPIs, and strategically develop our point-of-sale, sales, and organizational structures.

The focus will be on profitable growth, efficient structures, and the continuous development of our locations, as well as high consulting and supply quality.

Responsibilities

• You will bear the overall financial and operational responsibility for the Rehabilitation Standard and Medical Supply Store divisions.
• You will manage revenue, gross margin, costs, and profit based on clearly defined KPIs.
• You will analyze the performance of our locations and derive concrete measures and targets from this analysis.
• You will strategically and operationally develop our branches and point-of-sale concepts.
• You will lead and develop our managers and establish clear responsibilities and measurable goals.
• You will be responsible for budget planning, forecasting, and regular management reporting.
• You will optimize sales processes, product ranges, and space productivity.
• You will standardize and improve processes and structures across multiple locations.
• You will identify growth and profit potential and consistently implement corresponding measures.
• You will work closely with management, purchasing, controlling, and other company departments.
• You will ensure that economic success goes hand in hand with high consulting, service, and supply quality.

Qualifications

• You hold a completed degree in business administration, a comparable commercial qualification, or extensive management experience.
• You bring several years of management experience with responsibility for revenue, profit, and personnel.
• You have experience in leading through managers and ideally in managing multiple locations or branches. KPIs, P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling are part of your daily toolkit.
• You understand point of sale, branch performance, and sales management and can derive concrete actions from key figures.
• You can demonstrate successes in the economic development, profit improvement, or growth of a business unit.
• You think entrepreneurially, analytically, and results-oriented and take responsibility for your decisions.
• You combine a clear performance orientation with the ability to develop managers and teams and to win them over for common goals.
• Industry experience in the healthcare sector – ideally in medical supply retail, rehabilitation, medical technology, or healthcare – is desirable but not a prerequisite.
