Murhof AG in St. , a district of the municipality of Pfaffnau, offers around 60 residents a familiar home with comprehensive services in a family-like and personal atmosphere. Around 80 employees (60 full-time positions) are committed daily to a high quality of life and care. At the same time, Murhof is facing a pioneering development: with the project "Murhof – Living in Community", a new nursing home with 72 nursing places and around 40 retirement apartments are to be built together with an investor, and the future ownership and sponsorship structure is to be further developed. Managing Director (80 – 100%)

Together with the Board of Directors and the future new sponsor, you will shape the strategic further development of Murhof. At the same time, you will have overall responsibility for ongoing operations and consistently develop them economically, qualitatively, and organizationally.

You will lead and develop the management team and the , create clear structures and responsibilities, and foster a culture of personal responsibility, collaboration, and enjoyment of the shared task. Together with the management team members, you will implement operational goals and further develop Murhof as an attractive employer. You will be responsible for business management and the continuous further development of organization, quality, and processes. In the project "Murhof – Living in Community", you will contribute the operational perspective and form the interface between the Board of Directors, ownership, the construction committee, and operations. Together with the management team and the , you will maintain proactive communication with the various stakeholders and represent Murhof convincingly and with joy externally.

We are looking for an experienced, business-savvy leader with several years of management experience in a similar role and appropriate education. You combine entrepreneurial and holistic thinking with social competence, initiative, and natural authority.
