Assigning Party:

Our Assigning Party is an innovative service company that, as part of a succession arrangement, is seeking an experienced and influential Finance Manager to further develop the company operationally and strategically.

Tasks:

The tasks and responsibilities of the position include the following focal points:

• Overall responsibility for strategic orientation, operational business, and economic success of the company
• Development of the company strategy, including market positioning, product/service portfolio, and innovation processes
• Financial and controlling responsibility, as well as sales and market responsibility
• Personnel management, talent management, culture and change management
• Ensuring quality, compliance, and security standards
• Representation of the company vis-à-vis customers, partners, stakeholders, and the media
• Implementation of digital transformation and optimization projects

Requirements:

We are looking for personalities who would like to bring their professional experiences into the successful further development of the company and into a broad and interesting area of responsibility and tasks. In addition to the above-mentioned requirements, the following apply:

• Completed university degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or comparable
• Several years of leadership experience, ideally in service companies
• In-depth knowledge of accounting, controlling, and compliance
• Strategic and conceptual skills, as well as a hands-on mentality
• Leadership skills, employee development, and cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent German and English skills

Offer:
