Corporate Venture Leadership (all genders)

We are looking for an experienced corporate venture leader for one of our corporate ventures in the energy sector.

If you bring fundamental experience in the energy sector, understand sales as a central lever, and take on entrepreneurial responsibility for building a young company, we would like to get to know you.

Note on confidentiality: We will only share details about shareholders, location, and business model at a personal meeting due to confidentiality reasons.

Tasks

• Total responsibility for building, growth, and profitability of a newly established corporate venture in the B2B energy sector.
• Development and consistent implementation of sales and growth strategies with a clear focus on top-line, pipeline, and closing strength.
• Bulding and leading a strong team along sales, operations, and delivery.
• Steering P&L and strategic roadmap in close collaboration with the shareholder.

Qualification

• 7+ years of professional experience in the energy sector, including several years in leadership or comparable P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated, verifiable sales strength: you are essentially a sales personality, have built B2B customer relationships, and brought in larger deals yourself.
• Deep understanding of service business models in the B2B field and experience in marketing them.
• Entrepreneurial DNA: enjoyment of building, hands-on mentality, and ability to create structures for growth.
• Experience in building and leading teams.
• Sovereign appearance and advanced communicative skills in German.
