Who we are

The Pauli Group consists of six independently operating companies. Our services range from gardening and landscaping to care work and tree felling to property services, construction machinery trading and winter services. In total, around 130 employees work to continuously develop our group of companies.

With further growth, the requirements for organization, control and cooperation within the group also increase. That's why we are currently in a structural development process. For the targeted expansion and further development of our holding company, we are looking for an entrepreneurial leadership personality who establishes stable structures, optimizes processes and actively accompanies the strategic development of the group.

We understand the holding company as a central unit that provides the operating companies with orientation, support and efficient framework conditions.

Tasks

Design structures for the group of companies

You will further develop the organizational foundations of our holding company and ensure clear responsibilities, efficient processes and reliable control mechanisms within the entire group.

Bundle and professionalize central functions

Your tasks include the consolidation of important company areas such as controlling, purchasing, fleet management, contract management and risk management. The aim is to utilize synergies and establish uniform standards across the group.

Drive forward the strategic development of the group

You play a key role in the further development of our corporate strategy, identify new business opportunities and support the integration of additional companies into the existing structure.

Ensure financial control

You are responsible for the further development of transparent financial, budget and liquidity management. You also ensure efficient accounting processes and a uniform reporting and controlling system for all companies in the group.

Manage the holding company as a supportive service unit

You lead the central teams of the holding company and promote close cooperation with the operational units. Your goal is to provide optimal support to the companies and to strengthen constructive, solution-oriented cooperation.

Qualification

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, preferably with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting
• Experience in leading teams as well as in the development and implementation of organizational structures
• Experience in the establishment or further development of company divisions, ideally within medium-sized groups of companies or holding structures
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented way of working
• Sound knowledge in commercial core areas such as controlling, finance, purchasing or contract management
