In the last two years, we have risen to become the third-largest property manager in Germany with less than 25 full-time employees at our headquarters.

Your Role

As Managing Director (m/w/d), you will take over the operational overall responsibility for our property management in Berlin. You will lead the team on site, optimize operational processes and shape daily business actively with. Additionally, you will represent the company to customers and ensure quality management directly in practice.

Tasks

• Operative location leadership and responsibility for the day-to-day business of the branch office including budget, costs, and quality assurance
• Sovereign leadership of shareholder meetings (ETVs) as well as support for supervisory boards and owners
• Fachliche and disciplinary guidance, steering, and motivation of the existing team, as well as responsibility for further personnel development
• Optimization of existing structures through the establishment of clear processes, digital processes, and reliable responsibilities within the team
• Operative implementation of central initiatives on site, especially in the area of digitalization and quality improvement

Qualification
