You want to shape the transformation of the HR services industry? Our customer is one of the leading platforms for HR services and has been successfully on the market for several decades. With a significant European presence and a particularly strong position in Central and Eastern Europe. The DACH home region makes up a substantial part of the Group's business and is the strategic heart of the company. Currently, the Group is developing from a classical personnel service provider to an integrated AI-driven HR service platform - with expanded service offerings and a clear first-mover strategy in the industry.

Aufgaben

You will take full P&L responsibility for two important markets in the DACH region (Austria and Switzerland) and be part of the DACH leadership team. Your task is twofold: First, you will develop the existing business commercially further. Second, you will drive the digital and AI transformation in Austria and Switzerland forward.

Your key tasks are as follows:

• Commercial development of the existing business in the two countries - with drive on the market, new customers, and positioning of new service fields
• Implementation of the digital and AI transformation in the region with introduction of the Group's developed building blocks (e.g. automation of processes through KI agents, establishment of group-wide talent pools) into operations in the countries
• Taking over, building up, and further developing local leadership teams in Austria and Switzerland

You will report directly to the Group Senior Management, shape the strategy actively with, and position yourself prospectively for an expanded Group responsibility.

Qualifikation

We are looking for a modern leader who masters the balance between operational business and strategic transformation.

You should bring the following:

• Multiple years of P&L and leadership responsibility in a B2B service business, whether from HR services, facility management, industry services, BPO, logistics or another B2B service market with decentralized structures
• Genuine market experience in Austria and Switzerland - you know the customers, the rules of the game, and the commercial levers in the AT/CH market
• A proven track record in B2B sales and business development
• Experience in leading decentralized organizations with multiple locations and multi-country complexity
• Affinity to digitalization and AI. You don't have to be a tech visionary, but you can implement transformation inline and know the levers of digitalization
• Negotiation-safe German and English; French language skills are a clear plus (Switzerland), but not a must
• A representative personality with drive. You win employees, customers, and owners for your cause
