My client is a globally operating mid-sized company in the logistics industry with a broad portfolio of services: warehouse logistics, air & sea freight, and road transport. The company is currently undergoing a strategic realignment and restructuring its leadership positions regionally to ensure further growth and efficiency.

• Overall responsibility for the South Germany region with over 10 subsidiaries
• Leadership of approximately 1,000 employees
• Responsibility for the P&L of the region (approximately €200 million in revenue)
• Safeguarding operational excellence in all business areas: warehouse, air & sea, road
• Development and implementation of growth strategies as well as process optimization
• Closely working with the COO and the global leadership team
• Representation of the company towards customers, partners, and authorities

• Multiple years of experience in a top leadership position within the logistics industry
• Demonstrable success in managing complex structures and large teams
• In-depth understanding of all relevant logistics areas (warehouse, air & sea, road)
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic strength, and hands-on mentality
• Strong communicator, assertive, and experienced in change management

• A key role in a globally operating mid-sized company with high decision-making authority
