Executive (m/w/d) Software Company

An established Software Company in the B2B environment seeks an entrepreneurially thinking person, who takes responsibility and develops the organization strategically and operationally. The company has a long-standing market position, an international customer base, and offers a lot of design freedom through its lean organization. 

The location is in Nordbayern | Greater Nuremberg with regular presence on site. 

This role is aimed at individuals who take responsibility and enjoy shaping a company actively.

Your Tasks

• Strategic development of the company, including definition of annual goals and company priorities

• Responsibility for business management, financial planning and monthly and annual reporting

• Development of organizational structures and processes, to increase efficiency and transparency in the company 

• Steering central sales activities and betterment of international partner structures

• Support for operational sales processes from offer creation to pre-sales activities

• Leadership and development of the existing team, as well as promotion of a clear and responsible cooperation 

• Close cooperation with product development and technology, to pragmatically implement technological decisions 

• Active role as entrepreneurial interface between product, market and organization 

Your Profile as Executive

• Several years of leadership experience in a software company or comparable responsibility at the executive level

• Experience in leading organizations through change phases and developing existing structures further

• Agile working method and the ability to actively drive transformation and pragmatically push forward

• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a clear hands-on mentality and the readiness to work operationally

• Strong process thinking and a solid understanding of business economics 

• High affinity to technology and a genuine interest in AI and modern technologies to integrate sensibly into organizations 

• Enjoyment of working in smaller organizations with short decision-making paths and taking direct responsibility 

• Fluent German and English skills
