Your Role
- Overall responsibility for sales and market development, as well as for the areas of production, quality, and supply management
- Expansion of existing customer relationships and winning new markets outside of Automotive
- Strategic and operational further development of the company
- Close cooperation with the financial managing director (CFO)
- Leadership, motivation, and further development of an interdisciplinary team
- Representation of the company towards customers, partners, and at trade fairs
